| 摘 要： | 每个企业都有自己的质量文化，但“自然”形成的质量文化存在诸多缺陷。企业应当自觉进行质量文化建设，从战略角度来规划质量文化建设，通过开展质量文化建设的“战役”和日常性的质量管理和质量活动来改进和提升企业质量文化。
