| 摘 要： | 中国改革以来的城镇化过程中,二元结构受到了很大的冲击但又远未消除,经济体制改革向纵深推进但城乡统筹的综合改革相对滞后。新形势下,必须加快推进城乡统筹的综合改革。要将城镇化作为推进城乡统筹综合改革的一条主线,努力构建贯穿农村人口城镇化转移流程的综合改革“试验链”。

| Abstract: | The urbanization process after economic reform has huge impact over the rural-urban dual structure, which is yet far from totally abolishing. The economic reform has been deeply advanced, and yet this is not the case for the comprehensive reform of a unified rural-urban plan. Under a new situation, it is essential to speed up such reform. We should make the urbanization as a main thread in this reform, and strive to construct "a trial chain" which penetrates through the whole process of urbanization of rural population. |
