关于上海市迎接人口老龄化挑战的新思考

上海市的人口老龄化领先于全国。在分析上海市人口老龄化目前及未来发展状况的基础上,提出在迎接人口老龄化的过程中,可以考虑在上海市选择若干郊区、县,适当建造一些大型老年社区,从而将市中心的部分老年人吸引到郊区养老,以促进整个上海市社会经济各方面更快、更好地发展。分析了建议措施的优越性和可行性,以及在实施中需要注意的问题。

The Challenge of Population Aging in Shanghai: Reconsideration

The aging level of Shanghai is much higher than that of any other city/provinces in China. Based on analysis of the current and future situations of the population aging in Shanghai, the author proposes to choose several suburb districts of Shanghai to establish large communities for old people to face the challenge of the population aging. The communities may attract a number of old people who live in downtown of Shanghai, to come to the suburb communities to spend the rest of their life. Meanwhile, the author analyzes the advantages, feasibilities and problems which should be paid attention to during the application of the proposed countermeasure.
