未婚青年生殖健康咨询服务利用与评价

利用2009年全国青年生殖健康可及性抽样调查数据,通过描述性统计对15-24岁青年生殖健康咨询服务利用状况与效果进行研究。2009年青年咨询需要率(人次比人数)为39.1%,同时超过80%的青年未报告有任何咨询需要;此外农村15-19岁男性咨询需要率与实现率(人次比人次)都高于同龄女性,但有咨询需要的比例低于女性,可见未婚青年尤其是农村15-19岁男性的生殖健康状况严峻。需要为未婚青年尤其是农村15-19岁男性青年提供一揽子咨询服务。不同咨询途径存在的问题不同,需要有针对性地提高青年生殖健康咨询服务的可及性。

Utilization and Satisfaction of Reproductive Health Counseling Service

Using data of National Survey on Sexual and Reproductive Health for Unmarried Youth in China in 2009,this study documented the utilization and satisfaction of reproductive health counseling service of unmarried youth in China.The counseling needs ratio(by person-time)was 39.1% in 2009,while more than 80% of youth did not report any counseling needs.Moreover,males aged 15-19 in rural had greater counseling needs ratio than those of females aged 15-19 in rural,whereas the proportion of males aged 15-19 in rural who reported the counseling needs was lower than that of the same-age females in rural.It tells that youth,the males aged 15-19 in rural especially,tend to have multiple counseling needs.Package for reproductive health counseling service,therefore,should be provided for unmarried youth.Different counseling provision approach had different service problem,appealing for relevant countermeasures to enhance the accessibility of youth reproductive health counseling service.
