| Abstract: | It is important for city economy and social development to know clearly the non-local labors' influence on city employment.Mainly according to Shanghai' sample survey data,the article analyzes the basic characteristics of non-local labors and local labors,on the base of this,studies with comparison their differences of present employment and employment transition,then draws some useful conclusions. |
