There is complex relation effect between the industrial development and the population employment,their interaction not only is the important content of the economic and society progresses,but also is the basic way to the economic and society development.We analysis the relation effect between the industrial development and the population employment in Jiangsu province by the indexes of the structure deviation and the employment elasticity.The result tell us the coordinated degree between the industry development and the population employment in Jiangsu province is bad.Therefore,we must use the conversion ponder to probe into the countermeasure for their coordination advance according to every industry's characteristic.
