| 摘 要： | 高新区是资金、人才、技术等要素的聚集地,高新产业应在区内形成一个相对稳定的产、研、发链,并与区内、区际环境相依赖。高新区创新、创业环境状况对区内高新企业发展具有决定性作用,因此,应从政策层面、区域层面、高新区层面制定切实可行的措施,优化高新区创新、创业环境,促进高新产业区健康发展。

| Abstract: | Hi-tech zone is the center of capital,talents and advanced technologies and the hi-tech zones should form a relatively stable development chain.The innovation environment of hi-tech zones will determine the development of the inner hi-tech enterprises.Therefore we should take different measures from different levels to optimize the innovation environment and promote the development of hi-tech zones. |
