| 摘 要： | 利用建立集群知识溢出系统模型,分析影响集群知识溢出的主要障碍。通过地方政府、集群内部的相关辅助机构以及企业自身三方面协作,建立适宜的保障机制来更好地实现集群内部的知识溢出效应,达到既有利于知识溢出数量的扩大,又可以提高知识利用效率的目的。

| Abstract: | Establishing the system model of knowledge-spillover,analyzing the main barriers which influence the knowledge spillover in clusters,it is indicated that how to achieve a better knowledge-spillover effect in industrial clusters by establish- ing a proper guarantee mechanism,with the cooperation of local governments,associated organizations in the clusters and enterprises,so as to increase the volume and promote the utilization efficiency of the spilled knowledge. |
