| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后 ,我国将失去对农产品的非关税保护措施 ;对国内农业的支持政策和对农产品的出口鼓励政策也将受到较大限制 ,同时我国粮食市场也会受到一定的冲击。但它有利于我国粮食市场机制改革的进一步完善。为此 ,我国应充分利用WTO规则 ,把粮食作为贸易保护的重点。

| Abstract: | With the entry of China into WTO,We will lose the non-tariff protection measures on our agricultoral products.The support policy to domestic agrivuture and the incentive policy to agricultural product export will be limited.As a result,our foodstuff market will be impacted.However,it is helpful to accomplish the reform of our foodstuff market.therefore,we should make the best use of WTO regulations and treat foodstuff as the most important area in our trade protection. |
