| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces the ideas of the professors in the aboard on economic sanctions' utility and some ways of evaluation on economic sanctions' utility.Then it also eleals with the advantages and shortcomings of these ideas.At last,this article introduces the two ways of analyzing the economic sanctions' utility by the United States. |
