For three years,the whole logistics industry has been lively,yet the objectives and tasks of Restructuring and Revitalization Plans of the Logistics Industry have only solved part of the problems.Compared with the open market of Europe and the United States and the world advanced level,China’s Logistics enterprises are still obviously falling behind in technology equipment,information technology and service level.While the three-year planning has been expired,the work of government departments at all levels in the logistics industry is only starting,far from the end.We will be facing more problems in the future and the situation will be even more severe.Despite under the great attention and efforts of the State Council and various government departments,objectives and tasks of Plans have not been reached.The deep reasons are the problems of the management system of China’s logistics industry.
