返乡农民创业者先前经验对新创企业制度拼凑的驱动机制

破解乡村地区新创企业成长难题是促进乡村振兴的重要举措。本文对返乡农民创业者先前经验与新创企业制度拼凑之间的作用关系进行了研究，并通过264份问卷调查进行了实证分析。研究显示:返乡农民创业者的行业经验和职能经验均对制度拼凑产生正向影响，且行业经验的影响高于职能经验；规范和认知环境负向调节行业经验和职能经验对制度拼凑的影响；行业经验和职能经验的交互作用对制度拼凑有负向影响。为此，本文提出有利于提升乡村地区新创企业制度拼凑效果的如下建议:返乡农民创业者应优先注重行业经验的累积，并通过职能经验将其优化；制度建设者应优先注重对乡村非正式制度环境的优化，使之与正式制度环境保持动态平衡的作用机制。

The Driving Mechanism of the Previous Experience of Returning Farmer Entrepreneurs to the New Venture System Bricolage

Solving the problems in the growth of new ventures in rural areas is an important measure to promote rural revitalization. This paper studies the relationship between the previous experience of returning farmer entrepreneurs and the bricolage of new ventures, and conducts an empirical analysis through 264 questionnaires. The result shows that the industry experience and functional experience of returning farmer entrepreneurs have a positive impact on the bricolage of the system, and the impact of industry experience is higher than that of functional experience; the normative and cognitive environment negatively regulate the impact of industry experience and functional experience on system bricolage; the interaction of industry experience and functional experience has a negative impact on system bricolage. To this end, this paper puts forward the following suggestions that are conducive to improving the system bricolage effect of the new venture enterprise in rural areas: 1) the returning farmer entrepreneurs should give priority to the accumulation of industry experience and optimize it through functional experience; 2) the institutional builders should give priority to the optimization of the informal institutional environment in rural areas, so that it can maintain a dynamic balance with the formal institutional environment.
