产业转移微观决策模型及企业异质性

引导国内产业有序转移是解决区域经济发展不平衡不充分的重要途径。文章构建产业转移微观决策模型，就企业异质性对转移倾向的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:在承接地具有比转出地更低的边际生产成本的情景下，企业转移的基本条件是承接地与转出地的劳动价格或资本价格的差异达到某一阈值；企业规模、生产率与企业转移倾向正相关，劳动强度对企业转移倾向的影响大小取决于企业的要素密集度与承接地优势要素的匹配程度。

Micro-decision Model of Industry Transfer and Enterprise Heterogeneity

Guiding the orderly transfer of domestic industries is an important way to solve the imbalance and insufficiency of regional economic development. This paper constructs a micro decision model of industrial transfer to analyze the influence of enterprise heterogeneity on the transfer tendency. It finds that under the circumstance that the undertaking place has lower marginal production cost than the transferring place, the basic condition of enterprise transfer is that the difference of labor price or capital price between the undertaking place and the transferring place reaches a certain threshold. Enterprise scale and productivity are positively correlated with enterprise transfer tendency, and the influence of labor intensity on enterprise transfer tendency depends on the matching degree between the factor density of enterprise and the advantage factor of the undertaking place.
