心理拓展训练培养大学生情绪调控能力初探

摘    要:心理拓展训练对培养大学生情绪调控能力有重要作用。文章运用观察法、文献资料法对心理拓展训练培养大学生情绪调控能力做了初步的探讨。研究认为大学生通过个人挑战类项目的体验能克服自己的恐惧以及逃避的心态,产生成就感,形成高峰体验,突破自我极限,建立充分的自信;双人协作项目能改善心境,培养大学生的相互信任、相互支持和鼓励的品质;团队的形成是一个过程,成员在面对问题时要调节自己的情绪,学会与人合作,正确认识自己的价值。

Abstract:Psychological outward bound training plays an important role in the regulation of college and university students' mood.By making observation and doing literature research this paper probes into the training and has the following findings: the participants would overcome their psychology of fear and withdrawal,build up their confidence,and have the sense of achievements after taking part in challenging individual activities;participants would learn to trust,support and encourage each other by taking part in two-person cooperative programs;the participants in team work would realize that they have to do regulation of their mood,to be cooperative and know well about one's own strengths and limits while solving a problem;and a team is formed through the course of cooperation in problem-solving.
