| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新型的、先进的经济形态,是集经济、技术和社会于一体的系统工程。发展循环经济是实现可持续发展的最佳途径,同时也是保护环境和削减污染的根本手段。生态工业园区作为发展循环经济的载体在我国还处于起步阶段,完善生态工业园区的建设是一项迫切的任务。

| Abstract: | Recycled economy is a new and advanced economic pattern,and a system engineering of economy,technology and society.To develop recycled economy is the best way to implement sustainable development,and the basic method of protecting environment.Eco-Industrial Parks(EIPs) as the carrier of the development of recycled economy still remains the primary stage in China,so Perfecting the construction of Eco-Industrial Parks is a urgent task.This paper,benefited from the successful experiences of developed countries,deals with recycled economy theory,and analyses the conditions to build EIPs. |
