| 摘 要： | 农用地征收补偿低引发的社会矛盾曾一度成为各方关注的焦点，从农用地价值的内涵与外延角度得出：现阶段我国农用地价值表现为不完全价值，价值实现不充分；农用地价值实现存在时空差异，时间上表现为正由不完全、不充分向完全和充分过渡；空间上中、东、西和南、北有差异；可以采取逐步实现的办法加以解决。

| Abstract: | Social conflicts caused by low agricultural land compensation became the focus to which much attention is paid by all parties. Viewing from the connotation and extension of land value, it is concluded that China＇s agricultural land value at present is not fully realized. The value of agricultural land is different in time and space, and its time actualization is transforming from imperfection to perfection. The spatial difference among the center, east, west, north and south is tend to be gradually resolved. |
