后金融危机时期湖北外贸出口的战略选择

作为美国的重要贸易伙伴和世界贸易大国的中国不可避免地受到由美国次贷危机引起的国际金融危机的影响,而作为拉动湖北经济增长＂三驾马车＂之一的湖北外贸出口同样在国际金融危机影响下形势严峻,举步维艰。后金融危机时期湖北为了提高外贸出口的长期竞争力,一方面政府应该加大政策扶持,强化服务,营造良好的企业发展环境;另一方面企业应加快出口品牌建设,科技兴贸,提高国际市场竞争力。此外,行业商会也要努力协调,开拓新兴市场,寻求产品进入国际市场的突破口。

On Strategic Countermeasures for Hubei Export Trade in the Post-crisis Period

As an important trading partner of the United States and the world trading power,China was inevitably affected by the international financial crisis which caused by the US subprime mortgage crisis.As one of the three factors（investment,consumption and export） which driving the economic growth of Hubei province,Hubei export trade was also affected by the international financial crisis and now the situation is getting harder and harder.In order to promote Hubei export trade in the post-crisis period,on the one hand,the government should increase the supports in related policies,strengthen the serving function and build favorable conditions for the enterprise development;on the other hand,the enterprises need to speed up the establishment of high quality brand of export,promote the trade by science and technology,improve the international market competition power.Meanwhile,the industrial chambers of commerce try to harmonize the relationship,exploit new markets and seek the opportunities for Hubei products to enter into the international markets.
