对贫困线测算中马丁法的几点思考

马丁法是基于恩格尔定律来测算绝对贫困线的最常用方法之一,由此得到的贫困线由食物贫困线和非食物贫困线两部分组成。本文尝试对该方法所测贫困线表现出低估的原因,以及随着服务费用在人们生活消费中所占比重的不断提高,如何更充分体现贫困人群最基本服务消费支出等相关问题作一理论探讨。

Thinking on the Martin Method used in Poverty Line Measurement

Martin Method is the common way to measure the absolute poverty line based on the Engel’s Law.The poverty line measured in this way contains two parts: the food poverty line and the non-food poverty line.This paper tries to make a theoretical discussion on the problems such as how to embody the basic service expenses spending of the impoverished under the reason that the poverty line shows underestimation by the Martin method and the increasing proportion of the service spending in the whole consumption of the people.
