| 摘 要： | 在人才国际化背景下，世界各国纷纷制定出引进智力的相关政策吸引并留住人才。我国的引进智力工作存在着法制建设滞后、重引进轻管理等问题，应借鉴发达国家引进智力工作的成功经验，完善引进智力人员管理政策法规体系，进一步建立健全引进智力工作的服务支撑体系，同时开拓高校作为引进智力工作主阵地的创新机制，进而完善我国的引进智力工作。
