刍议中小企业发展中的金融支持问题

本文从中小企业的融资特征出发，通过分析造成中小企业融资困难的两大因素(信息不对称和金融体系的结构)的解决方式，提出一个满足不同规模企业融资需求的多层级的金融市场体系，并且在中小企业这一层级的金融市场中，构筑多元化的金融体系，应是适合中小企业发展的有效的金融体系结构。在此基础上，对我国建立多层级多元化的中小企业金融支持体系进行了一些思考。

Brief Discussion of the Financial Support to Medium and Small-sized Enterprises

In the article, we start from the financing feature of medium and small-sized enterprises and analyse the solution to asymmetric information and mechanism of financial system which lead to medium and small-sized enterprises' financing difficulties. We also present a view that an effective mechanism of financial system is a multi-gradational system with can meet the demand of different-sized enterprise financing, and an effective mechanism of financial system which can promote the development of medium and small-sized enterprises is a pluralistic financial system in the financial market of medium and small-sized enterprises' layer.
