多目标多层次模糊优选综合评价法的应用研究——区域可持续发展评价问题

区域可持续发展指标体系是一个复杂的多目标系统，指标体系具有层次性，部分指标难以量化。目前，许多评价方法并不适合区域间可持续发展的比较性评价。针对这些问题，结合模糊优化理论，建立了多目标多层次模糊优选综合评价模型，并在权重赋值中采用了主客观综合评定法。这种方法综合了主观赋权法排序合理性和客观赋权法数据客观性的优点，能够对权系数进行综合处理。在此基础上，利用长三角和珠三角区域部分城市的数据进行实证研究，得到了一些有价值的结论，从而为区域可持续发展的综合评价提供了新的途径和方法：

Study on the Method of Multi - objective and Multi - layer Fuzzy Optimum——Evaluation and Application in Regional Sustainable Development

The index system of regional sustainable development is a complex multi-objective system.It is also a multi-layer system,and some of the indexes are difficult to be quantified.This paper developed a multi-layer and multi-objective fuzzy optimum composition evaluation model,and adopts the method of synthesizing the subjective and objective weighting when we determine the weighted coefficients.This kind of the method synthesized the characters of the reasonable queue of the subjective and objective data of the objective.We have testified that the method is efficient by a practice problem of the great river triangle and Zhujiang triangle.It also provides a new way for the management of the government.
