乡镇企业发展规模经济研究

乡镇企业产业组织结构的不合理和空间配置上的分散化导致了其发展的规模不经济，存在着多种积极溢出的损失和产能过剩。论文根据规模经济的层次性原理，研究了乡镇企业规模化发展中的产业组织创新和发展路径的多样性；并针对我国乡镇企业产业组织发展的现状，重点论述了构建企业集群是乡镇企业发展规模经济的当务之急。

Study on Developing Scale Economy in Township Enterprises

The unreasonable industrial organization structure and the dispersion of spatial disposition of the township-village enterprises lead to the diseconomies, the loss of many kinds of positive overflows and excessive production. Based on the level of scale economies theory, this paper studies the innovation of the township-village enterprises industrial organization and the multiplicity of it's way; with the development situation of TVE, giving an emphasis explanation to the enterprise clusters which is the urgent matter for the TVE's scale economies.
