| 摘 要： | 城中村是城市化过程的产物,是我国农村城市化进程中一种独特的现象。城中村作为一个规模较大、结构比较复杂、运行比较特殊的社区,在由农村社区向城市社区的转型的过程中,有许多理论与实践问题亟待解决。本文主要介绍了石家庄市城中村的基本情况,城中村产生的原因,分析了目前石家庄市城中村改造中存在的问题,针对问题提出了主要的对策措施:选择适当区位,建造若干个大规模环境优良的微利出租小区;采取灵活务实的股份制形式;开通城乡建设用地一体化市场。

| Abstract: | The Villages in City is the result and a kind of unique phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China.While in the transition of the rural community to the urban community,a lot of problems demand prompt solution,because its structure is more complicated and it runs with its own characteristics.This paper introduces the basic situations and the reasons of occurrence of the villages in Shijiazhuang.It points out the problems in the transformation in Shijiazhuang and presents the measure to those problems. |
