| Abstract: | This paper takes enterprise technical innovation ability as the core. It set up a technical innovation ability evaluation index system, constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and gives an example's analysis. Its evaluation process has strong operability. It provided the basis for enterprise to formulate its technical innovation strategy. |
