| 摘 要： | 基于动态能力理论视角,国有企业竞争力的影响因素包括外部环境要素、内部资源与能力要素以及影响动态能力的形成要素。这些要素相互之间存在一定的关系和影响。对于提升国有企业竞争力而言,获取资源要素是基础,提升企业能力要素是根本,培育企业动态能力是关键,优化企业外部环境是保障。
