论先进的大学文化对共青团工作的促进

高校的发展核心在大学文化建设，大学文化建设的核心是大学精神的追求。成都理工大学有“艰苦奋斗、奋发图强”的传统作风、“不甘人后、敢为人先”的进取精神和“穷究于理、成就于工”的治学理念，这构成了其独特的大学文化，并成为共青团工作的营养基础。成都理工大学共青团致力于把先进的大学文化融入到共青团工作中去，搭建社会实践平台整合校内外资源；以“两先三优评比”为校园文化建设的推动机制；确立校园文化建设的“三高文化体系”；促进四个加强；以五位一体的骨干队伍建设为抓手推进校园文化建设。

On the Promotion of Advanced College Culture to the Work of Communist Youth League of Chengdu University of Technology

This paper gives basic representations about the culture, college culture and spirit. Especially in the particular college＇ culture of the Chengdu University of Technology, it places stress on spiritual and cultural dimensions, generalizing from three aspects： traditional style, aggressive spirit and educational concept. The Communist Youth League works around college culture construction, absorbing nutrition from the college, playing positive roles as the backbone team, optimizing various resources in and out the school, integrating advanced college culture with its work.
