| 摘 要： | 法律援助是对弱势群体的司法救助，具有重要的法律教育意义。法学教育是应用型精英教育，所培养的是法学应用技能。法律援助与法学教育可以形成互补关系，实现二者的良性互动意义重大，它依赖于制度化的保障，是对法律资源的最佳利用。
