| 摘 要： | 外国直接投资对我国的经济建设起到了积极的推动作用,但同时也加深了我国经济结构的偏差,本文通过外资对我国产业发展影响的分析,提出了有效利用外资的意见和加强我国产业自身发展的一些思路。

| Abstract: | FDI promotes economic development in China positively. But at the same time it also deepens its economic structure deviation. This paper analyses FDI's influence on Industrial development in China and puts forward suggestions on effective use of the foreign capital as well as ideas of strengthening industrial development in China. |
