| 摘 要： | 社会的发展形成了高校间的竞争,这对高校的管理,尤其是财务管理提出了挑战。高校的财务管理如何应对这种挑战,进而使高校财务管理走向规范、高效和有序,本文提出了建立从上至下的经济责任制体系,以期形成高校内各个层次都参与财务管理的全员的、全过程的、全方位的管理。
