| 摘 要： | 基于可持续发展的战略要求,为满足日益增长的绿色消费需求,以及提高企业可持续竞争力,提出了企业绿色质量管理的含义,分析其形成机理和特征。针对绿色质量管理和全面质量管理,分析其异同之处,进一步指出企业实施绿色质量管理应坚持的原则。

| Abstract: | This paper presented green quality management and discussed its characteristics and formation mechanism based on sustainable development strategy for satisfying the customers' green consumer demands and increasing the organizations' sustainable competitiveness.It also analyzed the differences between total quality management and green quality management.At last,the paper proposed the rules of implementing green quality management. |
