| 摘 要： | 日本是中国的主要贸易伙伴之一。但近年来，由于种种原因中日之间的贸易摩擦尤其是在农产品贸易方面有愈演愈烈的趋势。日本通过采取各种关税和非关税壁垒的措施限制中国农产品的进口，其中技术性贸易壁垒是他们目前使用得最多和最广泛的一种。技术性贸易壁垒已经成为了中国农产品进入日本市场的最主要的贸易障碍之一。

| Abstract: | In the recent years, trade collision is frequently arising between China and Japan, especially in agricultural produce.Technical barriers are the mostly adopted measures for Japan to restrict China's agricultural exports, which results in the shrinkageof the agricultural exports to Japan. The paper discusses the countermeasures against the technical barriers. |
