| 摘 要： | 21世纪农林经济管理人才需求呈现出新的特征,即应用型、通用型、研究型和创新型的人才需求增加。为此,农林经济管理专业的人才培养方向应根据需要做如下调整:一要培养实际应用型人才;二要培养通用型人才;三要培养复合型人才;四要因材施教。

| Abstract: | Person majoring in agricultural and forestry economics and mangement take a new characteristic in 21 century, persons need with practical characteristic、general using characteristic、researching characteristic and creating characteristic increased. So the cultivating orientation need to be transfered:to cultivate practical person; to cultivate general using person; to cultivate compound person; to cultivate according to person with different ability. |
