加强和改进国有企业流动党员管理的探索

党的十七大报告又明确提出,加强和改进流动党员管理,加强进城务工人员中党的工作,建立健全城乡一体党员动态管理机制。由此可见,加强和改进对流动党员的教育管理已成为当前党员教育管理的一个重要课题。笔者以省交通集团、省建工集团等企业为样本,通过问卷调查、社会测评、集中座谈、个别访谈等方式,对流动党员的现状进行专题调研,对当前国有流动党员的困难进行了分析,并提出通过摸底调查、加强联系等方式解决上述苦难。
