| 摘 要： | 在股指期货的各种风险中，法律风险是引发损失最为严重的一类。股指期货的法律风险有其特殊的生成原因与识别特征。投资者作为股指期货市场的重要主体，也是股指期货法律风险的主要承担者，在股指期货交易、结算以及合同意外终止的整个过程中，投资者都可能承担一定的法律风险。对此，可以从投资者结构、投资者教育以及投资者风险自控能力等方面探索股指期货法律风险的防范路径。

| Abstract: | Among all the risks of stock index futures, the legal risk is the most serious kinds in causing losses. The legal risk of stock index futures has its particular causes and characteristics. Being the significant component of the market of stock index futures, the investors are also the main undertakers of the legal risks of stock index futures. The investors may undertake different legal risks in the transaction, the settlement and the sudden end of stock index futures. Consequently, in order to efficiently guard against the legal risks of stock index futures, it should to optimize the structure of the stock index futures investors, to strengthen the education for the investors and to enhance the investors＇ ability to control risks. |
