林业生态建设的成效、问题及对策

生态系统是人类生存和发展的基本条件,加强生态建设,维护生态安全,是人类面临的共同主题。为改善生态状况,我国政府做出了积极的努力,取得了巨大的成就,但生态形势依然严峻,治理速度远远落后于生态恶化速度,生态建设与国民经济和社会发展的要求极不适应,生态建设任务还相当艰巨。本文分析了中国林业生态建设的成绩、经验和存在的问题,对加快林业生态建设提出了建议。

Achievement,Problem and Counterpart of Forest Ecosystem Construction in China

Ecosystem system is the basic condition that mankind exist and develop.It is the common topic of mankind to face by enhancing ecosystem construction and supporting the ecosystem safety.In order to improving the ecosystem condition,our government did the positive effort,obtained the enormous achievement.But ecosystem situation still rigorous,manage speed is much slower than ecosystem aggravation speed,ecosystem construction can't adapt to the requirement of the social development and national economy.It is still hard to accomplish the ecosystem construction mission.This job analyzed the achievement,experience and problem of Chinese forestry ecosystem construction,and put forward some suggestions of accelerating forestry ecosystem construction.
