基于供应链整合的两烟物流一体化模式研究

卷烟物流、烟叶物流作为烟草行业运营体系的重要基础,在整个烟草供应链中起着至关重要的作用。针对福建省卷烟物流和烟叶物流原有运作模式存在的问题,构建基于供应链整合的两烟物流一体化模式,从组织、管理、系统和标准方面入手,确保两烟物流一体化模式顺利实施,从而降低物流成本,提高服务水平,提升企业竞争力。

Research on Pattern of Integrated-logistics of Cigarette and Tobacco Leaf Based on Supply Chain Integration

As an important basis for the operation system of the tobacco industry, logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf has played an important role in the whole tobacco supply chain. In view of the problems of the original mode of operation of cigarette and tobacco leaf logistics in Fujian province, the pattern of integrated-logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf is constructed based on supply chain integration. Then our paper gives the suggestions from the organization, management, system and standardization to ensure the smooth implementation of the pattern of integrated-logistics of cigarette and tobacco leaf in order to reduce logistics costs, improve service levels and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
