Research on Cross-border Development of Manufacturing Industry in Jiangsu Province Actuated by Platform Strategy

In recent years, the platform has gradually become a common form of industry organization. And the cross-border development of the industry has become the trend of the current era. In this paper, through the introduction of strategic management in the field of strategic management perspective to better understand the cross-border development of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province. Through explaining the definition of platform, platform strategy and cross-border development and the reason to choose of platform strategy and the cross-border development of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province. And illustrates the advantage of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province using platform strategy to drive cross-border development. On this basis, put forward the relevant development suggestions to reference for the manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
