| 摘 要： | 网络交易快速发展带来监管新问题,在分析构建网络交易监管长效机制的必要性与可行性的基础上,比较了我国与国外网络交易监管方式,判断了网络交易监管发展趋势,提出组织体系更新、监管模式转变、监管手段现代化等构建网络交易监管长效机制的对策与方法。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of e-business,market supervision is facing new problems.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing an effective supervision mechanism and presents a summary of supervision models in different countries as well as researches on the development trend of supervision.The article also puts forward suggestions concerning establishing a long-term and effective mechanism of supervision which includes system updating,innovation of supervision mode,and modernization of supervision means. |
