建设上海北翼中心城市促进长三角经济新发展——以南通市为例

上海的发展定位是国际金融中心和航运中心。长三角地区经济的新发展，迫切需要北翼形成一个经济中心城市。南通地处长＂2T-A~海口北端，与上海隔江相望，能否建设成为长三角北翼的经济中心城市，不但对南通，而且对长三角地区的经济发展都具有重要的战略意义。

The development orientation of Shanghai is to become a international center of finance and shipping.The economy development of Yangtze River Delta,cry for construting a center city near the north wing of Shanghai.The Nantong city,Jiangsu province,be situated the north of the estuary of Changjiang,and across the river with Shanghai.If Nantong can be constructed to a center economic city of the Yangtze River Delta north,it will had important strategy significance to the economic development of Yangtze River Delta as well as to Nantong self.
