| 摘 要： | 目前,加强我国行业协会在应对国际贸易争端中的作用,完善行业协会应对国际贸易争端机制的相关课题研究具有现实意义。本文对此展开一些探讨,以上海行业协会为例,提出完善我国行业协会应对国际贸易争端机制的一些建议。
