本文分析了海外华商的经济特点、发展趋势及上海经济转型所面临的挑战和机遇,阐述了华侨华人对上海引进外资、技术和管理经验方面所起的先导、示范、联动和扩散作用,提出利用上海区位优势,立足浙闽粤等侨乡资源,发展非政府组织,建立模块服务团队,形成以港澳台为节点、以东盟为跳板辐射美加澳的产业互动群,构筑筹资、营销和创新三大板块等政策建议。

Roles of Overseas Chinese Investment On the Economic Transition of Shanghai

By analyzing the economic traits and development tendency of overseas Chinese as well as the challenges and opportunities confronted by Shanghai in its economic transition,this article points out the role of overseas Chinese in introducing foreign capital,technological development,and management experience.The article also puts forward the policy proposal of exploiting Shanghai’s location advantage to utilize the resources of overseas Chinese in Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong provinces to develop NGOs,establish modularized service teams,forming industrial interaction groups covering the US,Canada and Australia,and take the ASEAN(Association of Southeast Asian Nations) as a springboard to develop ties with Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan to form three new sectors of financing,marketing and innovating.
