武汉市郊农业劳动力转移就业培训模式研究

摘    要:文章通过对武汉市郊农业劳动力转移就业培训模式的研究,构建出了四种培训模式:政府主导型、非政府组织主导型、商业性服务中介主导型、用人单位主导型,提出了劳动力转移就业培训组织模式选择的原则。在此研究基础上,初步探讨了武汉市郊农业劳动力转移就业培训组织模式的应用。

Abstract:This essay concluds four kinds of shift employment training modes of rural-surplus labor by a practical research in Wuhan as following: the government leading mode, the non-government organization leading mode, the commercial intermediary service organizaition lesding agent and employer leading mode and puts forward the selection principle for the four modes. At last, the four mode and its selection principle are applied in Wuhan suburb.
