| 摘 要： | 从中国企业实际出发，提出三种企业未来发展的物流模式：业务外包、SCM自营物流、TPL自营物流，并在此基础上对未来物流模式进行分析比较；论述企业选择物流模式的因素以及在实施过程中绩效考核及控制，为中国企业在制定未来物流战略时提供决策支持。
