| Abstract: | It is necessary for independent school to strengthen the establishment of specialty.The establishment of it should stick to adaptation,intersect,flexibility,characteristics,principle of service,design of specialty development goal,and strengthening check and evaluation,establishing the mechanism that the efficient ones will be prosper and the inefficient ones will be eliminated to make an effort to create specialty with characterisitics. |
