摘    要:人际关系在中华文化中占有重要的地位和作用,同时也是影响人们行为规范的重要因素,而工作友情是人们在职场中人际关系的一个体现。论文主要研究员工工作友情对科研团队创造力的影响,同时引入了知识分享意愿作为中介作用。文章通过重庆、深圳、北京等地的285份来自高校、科研院所和企业的科研团队成员进行调查分析,结论表明员工工作友情对员工的知识分享意愿和团队创造力有正向作用,知识分享意愿在员工工作友情对科研团队创造力的作用间有中介作用。

Abstract:Interpersonal occupies an important position in the Chinese culture, and is an important factor affecting people's behavior norms. Workplace friendship is a manifestation of human relationships. This paper explored the relationship between workplace friendship and team creativity, and used knowledge sharing as a bridging link between the two based on the past research literature. Through the regression equation by means of 285 valid questionnaires for data analysis, the results show that; Firstly, the workplace friendship has the positively impact on knowledge sharing and team creativity Secondly, knowledge sharing plays an intermediate role between workplace friendship and team creativity.
