关于完善我国农超对接模式的战略思考

针对我国农产品供应链发展不健全,农产品流通效率低、成本高、损耗大,质量监控难的现状,通过对比分析国外农产品产业链,借鉴大陆模式和海岛模式的经验,基于我国国情,创新性地提出以超市为主导,配送中心为核心,连结生产和销售环节,共同配送和外包巡提相结合,利用电子商务平台实现信息流、商流快捷及时特征,适宜我国整合优化的协同型农超对接模式。

The efficiency of the agricultural products circulation is low while the cost is high due largely to the agricultural supply chain being not well organized in China In addition to this, it is difficult to monitor the agricultural products qualify, Based on the comparation with the agricultural industry mode in developed country and the given condition of China, we draw on the "mainland" and "island" agricultural industry mode which help us develop a supermarket-led mode innovatively The distribution center in this mode is the core link between production processes and sales section, In different concentration producing areas, respectively, joint distribution mode or outsourcing delivery mode should be chosen to adopt so that it can achieve the information flow and business flow faster and simplify the intermediate links in the chain with e-commerce platform, Subsequently, efforts are made to form an integrated and optimized agriculture-supermarket mode which is suitable for China.
