| 摘 要： | 控制权演进是家族企业研究的核心内容,而家族企业家在家族企业控制权的配置、演进过程中明显处于主导地位。从家族企业家能力的角度,引入组织能力这一中间变量,分析家族企业控制权演进的推动因素和路径选择。结果表明,家族企业家的有限理性,使家族企业家在个人生命周期和企业发展的不同阶段,让渡控制权与高层管理人员时产生不同的组织能力,进而影响家族企业绩效实现的幅度。

| Abstract: | The evolution of control rights serves as the key content in studying family enterprises,and the family enterprisers play dominant roles in allocation and evolution of the control rights.From the point of the competence of the enterprisers,this paper aims to analyze the driving factors and the evolution ways in family enterprises by introducing organizing ability as an intermediate variable.The results showed that the limited rationality of enterprisers generates different organizing ability in their own life cycles and different development stages of enterprise when transferring control rights to senior managers,thereby influence the magnitude of the performance of family enterprise. |
