Real Estate Market Analysis Report of Xinchang County Zhejiang Province

This paper discusses the status of development of real estate market and severe macro-control on the real estate market.The analysis based on the data draws a conclusion that the real estate market is the trend of "amount decrease and price stay stable" at present and that the market is going to reach the saturation state in the near future.This paper suggests that the future development of the county should give first place to the reconstruction of old city and urban village to avoid the redundant supply.
