| 摘 要： | 在未来20年,我国将遇到人口三大高峰相继来临的压力、自然资源的超常规利用、生态环境的日益恶化、工业化城市化及现代化的急速推进、区域的不平衡加剧等严峻挑战.然而,我国目前的生态环境、农业和资源的可持续发展能力相对而言还较为薄弱.因此,深刻理解、牢固树立和落实科学发展观对于实现我国可持续发展具有重大意义.

However, our sustainable development capability of ecology circumstance, agriculture and resources are lower. So it is very important to understand thoroughly, build firmly up and implement conscientiously the Scientific Development Outlook. |
