| 摘 要： | 分析了供应商管理用户库存短期内对供应链中成员的成本和收益的影响：VMI总会导致供应链上总库存成本的减少和购买者收益的增加；一般情况下，VMI会引起供应商存成本的增加和购买价格的上升，因此，供应商利润的提高是有条件的。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses such an influence as that VMI would usually lead to decrease of total inventory cost on the supply chain and increase of the buyer's profit,while VMI generally would cause increase of inventory cost of suppli-ers and rise of purchasing price.Therefore,the increase of supplier's profit is with some conditions. |
